@tardis my kids were about 10 and they understood it completely well. I have read them the subtitle so they could ask me whatever they wanted to ask.
Also remember that there are mothers aged 13.
I cannot find that visualisation which cross-referenced first childbirth age with countries (and with father's age, by the way), but it was both astonishing and extremely sad.
